A London fringe revival of the 1995 Broadway musical Victor/Victoria, based on the 1982 Blake Edwards film of the same name that starred Julie Andrews in the title role/s, is to be staged at Southwark Playhouse, beginning performances Oct. 25 prior to an official opening Nov. 1, for a run through Dec. 15.
