Marin Mazzie, who recently displayed some psychotic tendencies to play the unstable matriarch in the Off-Broadway production of Carrie, plans to surprise audiences with her brand-new concert act, which begins Sept. 4 at Manhattan's latest nightspot, 54 Below.
