A tribute to Jerry Lewis — who directed the recent Nashville world premiere of The Nutty Professor, the new Rupert Holmes-Marvin Hamlisch musical based on the 1963 Lewis film comedy — will be presented Oct. 4 at the Dorothy and Lewis B. Cullman Center at Lincoln Center.
