Alan Cumming will accept The Goodspeed Award for Outstanding Contribution to Musical Theatre on behalf of honoree Kristin Chenoweth on Aug. 11 in Connecticut. Tony Award winner Chenoweth (You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown) is at home recovering from injuries sustained on the set of "The Good Wife" in July.
