The Tony-winning Broadway musical Fela!, which explores the life of Nigerian musician and political figure Fela Anikulapo-Kuti in a production that is part narrative and part rock musical, officially opens on Broadway July 12 in a 32-performance encore run at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre.
