TheatreWorks will develop the Paul Gordon-Jay Gruska musical adaptation of The Importance of Being Earnest, as well as Kara Manning's play Sleeping Rough and the new Will Aronson-Daniel Maté musical comedy The Trouble With Doug as part of the 11th annual New Works Festival in Palo Alto, CA.
