Sunday night's telecast of the Tony Awards on CBS drew the lowest ratings in Tony television history. The 8-11 p.m. show averaged 6 million viewers, down from 6.9 million last year. It also was down 17% percent among 18- to 49-year-olds, the audience TV advertisers want to reach.
