Off-Broadway's Classic Stage Company will continue its passion for the work of Russian master Anton Chekhov with a new Austin Pendleton-directed staging of Ivanov, starring Ethan Hawke as the exhausted government official, in the 2012-13 season. Bertolt Brecht's The Caucasian Chalk Circle, with music by Duncan Sheik, was also announced.
