BROADWAY producer Eric Nederlander and his estranged wife reached a deal Thursday on all custody and visitation issues over their 4-year-old girl. The details were not disclosed in Manhattan Supreme Court, but they left Nederlander wiping tears away and his soon-to-be-ex, Lindsey Kupferman, beaming.
