New Jersey's George Street Playhouse recently paid tribute to late playwright and director Arthur Laurents (Gypsy, West Side Story) with the naming of the theatre's mainstage as The Arthur Laurents Stage at George Street Playhouse and the establishment of The Arthur Laurents Fund for the Development of New Work.
