Victory Gardens Theatre, the Tony Award-winning Chicago resident theatre known for its Playwrights Ensemble, will welcome Philip Dawkins, Marcus Gardley, Samuel D. Hunter and Tanya Saracho into the fold, artistic director Chay Yew and executive director Jan Kallish announced.
