New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) artistic director James C. Nicola and managing director William Russo announced three of four titles on the Off-Broadway theatre's 2011-2012 subscriber season, including a new literary-theatre title from Elevator Repair Service, which created the six-hour Gatz, inspired by "The Great Gatsby."
