The Tin Pan Alley musical Hello! My Baby, featuring book and lyrics by Emmy-winning "Cheers" writer and Tony-nominated Sister Act co-librettist Cheri Steinkellner, will receive its world-premiere staging March 21 at the Rubicon Theatre in California.
