The Public Theater's eighth annual Under the Radar Festival, filled with experimental theatre works from across the globe, launched Jan. 4 with two titles: Waterwell's Goodbar, the play with music based on Judith Rossner's 1975 novel "Looking for Mr. Goodbar," and a dramatic look at late writer Susan Sontag in Sontag: Reborn.
