Emmy winner Holland Taylor, who is part of the cast of the much-in-the-news TV series "Two and a Half Men," stars in Ann, a one-woman play about the life of the late Texas Governor Ann Richards, which officially opens at the Kennedy Center's Eisenhower Theater Dec. 21 following previews that began Dec. 17.
