Not only did Hugh Jackman — who won a Tony Award for his Broadway debut in The Boy from Oz and can currently be seen in his musical evening Hugh Jackman, Back on Broadway at the Broadhurst Theatre — raise over $800,000 during the weeks leading up to the Gypsy of the Year competition, but the Australian native is continuing to raise funds for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
