The Kneehigh production of The Umbrellas of Cherbourg, Michel Legrand's musical version of Jacques Demy's film of the same name, officially opens at the West End's Gielgud Theatre March 22 following previews that began March 5. The London production follows a regional try-out at Leicester's Curve Theatre.
