Grammy Award-nominated singer-songwriter Rufus Wainwright, whose opera Prima Donna will debut as part of New York City Opera's 2012 season, will offer a one-night-only concert of his music Nov. 17 at Jazz at Lincoln Center's Frederick P. Rose Hall.
