Mel Sagrado Maghuyop, who played the Engineer in Walnut Street Theatre's Miss Saigon, returns to the Philadelphia venue to star as the King of Siam opposite Broadway's Rachel York as Anna in The King and I, Nov. 8-Jan. 8.
