Restaged Production of Phantom to Hit the U.K. Touring Road; John Owen-Jones, Earl Carpenter to Star by Mark Shenton

A brand-new U.K. touring production of The Phantom of the Opera will hit the road, beginning performances at the Theatre Royal, Plymouth Feb. 27, 2012, prior to an official opening March 13.
