We're all clowns, CoHo's late leader Philip Cuomo believed. And in its fifth year, ClownFest expands the comedy to a full five weeks, beginning Sept. 4 with a dance folly and Monel Chang's "Take Me to Your Leader: The Seoul of a Clown."
