Broadway alum Stephanie Hsu, along with Charles Melton, are set to lead the voice cast in the new animated film In Waves. Animation filmmaker Phuong Mai Nguyen will direct the surf-themed feature from a screenplay by Fanny Burdino and Samuel Doux.
