SESCO Lighting, Inc announces the acquisition of WHOCO Lighting & Controls (formerly W.H. Onley Company, Inc.) effective September 1, 2022. The acquisition of WHOCO Lighting & Controls will further strengthen SESCO Lighting's growing presence in the Carolinas with nearly 70 employees between the two states.
