Melia Bensussen chose Eugene O'Neill's comedy "Ah, Wilderness!" as the first play she's directing at Hartford Stage since becoming its artistic director nearly three years ago. It's a new, multi-cultural take on the classic, which also honors the playwright and his Connecticut upbringing.
