The first Highly Caffeinated 5K & Music Festival happens Aug. 21, with the 5K run happening at 10 a.m., followed at 11 a.m. by eight music acts, including the Connecticut-based national acts Sophie B. Hawkins and Alternate Routes. The event is raising money for Make-A-Wish Connecticut.
