Leaders praise Hartford arts landscape but say city, state and federal government can do more to support artists by Susan Dunne

U.S. Sen. Richard Blumenthal, Gov. Ned Lamont, Hartford Mayor Luke Bronin and arts and culture leaders on Wednesday highlighted Hartford's recognition as the best U.S. city for artists to live.
