London's fringe Union Theatre in Southwark will revive Stephen Schwartz and Joseph Stein’s 1976 musical The Baker’s Wife that played a U.S. try-out tour that closed on the road before it reached Broadway, but was subsequently staged by Trevor Nunn in the West End in 1989 in a production that also flopped.
