Second Stage Theatre's Uptown Series launches the world premiere of the Catholic-girl coming-of-age comedy The Talls by Anna Kerrigan, opening Aug. 15 following previews from Aug. 1 at Off-Broadway's McGinn/Cazale Theatre.
