The Bobbed-Haired Bandit, a new musical comedy from composer Brittany Bonney and bookwriter-lyricist Anna Marquardt, begins Aug. 12 at The Bleecker Theater, as part of the 15th Annual New York International Fringe Festival (FringeNYC).
